Our son Ben a fun loving gentle boy who went out on Halloween and never came home.

He stayed out to make sure three girls got home safe when another lad pushed one of the girls aggressively, Ben being Ben said “you can’t do that to woman” Ben was then lured to chat to the person who punched him in the head and then punched him again as he fell to the ground, Ben never woke up and we turned his life support off two days later. We have not got justice due to lack of police presence and not enough evidence and many lies, the person that did this is living his life. 

The  law is so wrong a fist is a weapon the same as a knife , we have no closure for us or Bens brother, we feel like our sons life did not matter this is our first opportunity to say how we feel, there is too much of lads being punched in the head and dying there needs to be more awareness of how dangerous a fist can be. For all the people that have died from a punch the law needs to change.  Well done ONE PUNCH UK for all your hard work .
