My twin brother Lee was a gentleman giant, I loved growing up with him, Christmas & birthdays were the best.

I lost Lee at the age of 40 through a one punch, it changed me as a person, as that day he was took ,half of me went to heaven. Ten years in September without him, it does not get easier, I kind of learn to cope in my own way daily.

The waves still hit, some days there high, some days there low, but when they do tears fall and the wrenching feeling takes my breathe away..
