8.5 years ago, life changed dramatically within a split second due to a senseless, unprovoked one punch attack on my gorgeous, kind, loving & caring husband Stephen which left him with a devastating brain injury. From that day Steve has been in & out of hospital, rehabilitation centres & is in a care home needing 24 hour care   The perpetrator, Nicholas Lesley Graham had 16 convictions to his name, yet only received 4 years for the attack, which was the maximum the judge could give by law.  However,  he only served 17 months whilst Stephen & our family have a life sentence.  

The sentencing laws are a joke & need a drastic overhaul.
